What can I build with Ravela?

A flow is a set of steps you create for Ravela to run automatically. Someone comments or sends a DM, and you choose what happens next: deliver a guide, sell a product, book a call, or start an email series. You set the messages and timing, and the steps can change based on their answers.

Do I need to be technical?

No code needed. Start with a template, make the messages sound like you, and adjust the steps. Preview the conversation before you publish. You can keep it simple or build a more detailed flow as you grow.

Are email, forms, and bookings built in?

Yes — email automation, forms, bookings, and a digital-product storefront are built into Ravela and included on Growth and above. Creator gets you started with unlimited flows, the visual builder, inbox, and file delivery. You can move to Growth when you’re ready to add those extra tools.

Can I keep the tools I already use?

Yes. Your messages can link to the store, booking page, or signup form you already use. Bring more into Ravela’s built-in tools when you’re ready — you don’t have to move everything at once.

How does Ravela handle Instagram’s rules?

You connect through Instagram’s own login and approval process, without sharing your password with Ravela. Ravela spaces out automated messages, checks when automated replies are allowed, and respects requests to stop automation. You can pause automation and reply personally from your inbox.

Ravela starts with Instagram. You’ll need an Instagram professional account — Business or Creator. Other social channels are planned, but aren’t available yet.
